Cranberry Citrus Relish

Ingredients

1/2 Small Lemon
1/2 Small Lime
3 C Fresh cranberries

1 1/2 C Splenda granular
1/2 t Orange extract

Directions

Scrub lemon and lime clean and cut into chunks.



In food processor bowl with metal blade combine lemon, lime, and cranberries. Process until finely chopped.*



Transfer to non-metal container and stir in splenda and orange extract.



Cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.



Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

Additional Information

*Fruits can be chopped in a food grinder or chopped very, very fine with a knife.
