Cranberry Sauce with Jalapeno Peppers

Ingredients

12 ozs Cranberries
1 C Water
1 C Splenda
2 Jalapenos, seeded and chopped

3 t Lemon juice
1/2 C Dry sherry

Directions

Rinse berries in cold water and drain.



In a saucepan, stir together water and splenda and bring to a boil.



Stir in the cranberries, jalapeno peppers and the lemon juice, return mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.



Stir sherry into the mixture until blended. Remove pan from heat and allow to cool completely at room temperature.



Refrigerate cooled mixture in a glass container with lid until ready to serve.
