Knockwurst & Cabbage

Ingredients

12 Knockwurst links
1 t Salt
2 Onions, thinly sliced
2 t Caraway seeds

1 Small head cabbage, shredded
4 C Chicken stock

Directions

Cut knockwurst into 2 inch chunks. In crockpot arrange alternate layers of meat with onions and cabbage. Sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds.



Pour chicken broth over all.



Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours, until cabbage is tender.
