Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 10 oz pkg frozen cauliflower
2 oz cream cheese

1/4 plus 2 tbsp heavy cream
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In frying pan, cook ground beef and onion until meat is no longer pink, and onion is soft. Drain beef and distribute in bottom of pie dish (no need to grease pan). Drizzle 1/4 cup of cream over hamburger. Salt and pepper lightly, if desired.

While meat is cooking, cook cauliflower per package directions, but cook until very soft. Drain cauliflower. Add cream cheese and 2 tbsp heavy cream. Beat with mixer until very smooth (mashed potato texture). Add salt and pepper if desired.

Spread cauliflower mixture over ground beef. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven until cheese is melted and bubbly (about 15 minutes).
