Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 C. heavy cream
1 C. half and half
2/3 C. Splenda
1/4 C. sugar free Vanilla syrup (I use daVinci) or 1 TBS. vanilla extract
1 TBS. sugar free Almond syrup or 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

Stir all together and freeze according to ice cream churn manufacturer's directions.

Additional Information

I didn't have an ice cream machine so I put it all in a ziplock bag (heavy duty) and then put that bag in another bag with ice and rock salt. Sealed the second bag and squished it around for a while and it was pretty good.
