Ingredients

1 Pkg. dry yeast
1 cup warm water (110 - 115 degrees)
1 Tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp. basil
1 cup almond flour
1 cup hazelnut meal
1 cup oat flour

Directions

Combine warm water and yeast, stir. Add maple syrup, stir and let sit until foamy. Add olive oil just before stirring in dry ingredients.

Combine salt, dried basil, and all flour. Add to wet mixture, combine adding almond or oat flour until not sticky.

Let rise for about 1/2 to 1 hour depending if you use quick rise yeast.

Roll out and let sit for 10 minutes to relax. Fit into favorite pizza pan and add your favorite cheese to the dough, then low-carb tomatoe sause and then any favorite ingredient. Bake for 25 - 35 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is all melted.
