Ingredients

1/4 cup soy flour
1/4 cup soy protein powder
1 large egg
1/4 cup heavy cream

2 packets Equal

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Butter muffin tins. Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour batter into prepared muffin tins. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
