Ingredients

Crust:

2 ounces butter (melted)
Filling:

8 ounces Cream Cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 package knox gelatine
1/4 cup water
2 Eggs, separated
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup cooked mashed pumpkin
sweetener to taste
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice

Directions

Make a crust from butter, ground pecans, and protein powder by placing all ingredients in bowl or plastic bag and mixing well (Like graham cracker crumb crust). Put in a 7" cake form and bake for about 10 minutes. Let cool.

Put the gelatine in the water and wait 10 minutes. Melt the cream cheese in the 1/4 cup of heavy cream and add the gelatine. Stir, until all ingredients have solved. Add the egg yolks and stir. Cool down the mixture. Whip the 3/4 cup of cream and the egg whites. Add sweetener and the Pumpkin and mix with the cream cheese mixture. Put into crust and chill for 4 hours.
