Ingredients

6 egg yolks
1/3 c Splenda or other sweetener
1/3 c Sherry
1/2 c Blueberries, strawberries or raspberries

Directions

Combine egg yolks and Splenda in the top of a double broiler. Beat with a rotary beater until thick and foamy. Slowly add Sherry. Place over hot, not boiling water. Beat contantly until think and fluffy. Serve in slender glasses topped with blueberries.
