Flaming Rum Omelet

Ingredients

1/4 c butter, melted
4 eggs
1 packet sugar twin

dash salt
2 tbs brown Sugar twin
3 tbs rum, warmed

Directions

Beat eggs, sugar twin and salt together thoroughly. Heat 3 tbs butter in omelet pan until bubbly. Pour in eggs. Stir gently with fork briging the cooked eggs at the edges of the pan into the center. When eggs are set and still creamy, roll up. Brush top with remaining melted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar twin. Pour rum over it. Ignite and serve flaming. Very impressive!
