Ingredients

Butter for greasing molds
3 eggs
1/4 C Splenda granular
1/2 t water

4 T Butter, softened
1/2 C almond flour
Splenda for dusting

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.



Butter madeleine molds.



Combine eggs and splenda and beat until the mixture is a pale color. Stir in water and butter. Sift in almond flour and fold gently to mix.



Divide the batter among the molds, filling them 3/4 full.



Bake 15 minutes or until madeleines have risen and are lightly browned. Turn out and cool on a rack. Dust liberally with splenda.
