Ingredients

1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 lbs small curd cottage cheese
3 tbsp soy flour
6 eggs
5 tbsp butter, diced
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
12 oz crabmeat

Directions

Beat eggs. Add all ingredients and mix together. Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
