Ingredients

1/2 c half and half
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp artificial sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups cooked pumpkin

Directions

Combine all ingredients except pumpkin; mix well. Stir in pumpkin. Pour into custard cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
