Ingredients

2-8 oz blocks of full fat cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 Cup of granular Splenda
1 -2 Teaspoons of Vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Soften cream cheese and with a hand mixer. Add the Splenda and the extract and blend at medium for about 1 min. Add eggs 1 at a time while blending, when incorporated switch to high and blend for about 2 minutes till smooth with no lumps scraping down side of bowl if needed. Using a pie plate, using a LC crust of your choice (or do like me, use a reg graham cracker crust -just dont eat the crust when you have yours, lol) pour filling into it, smoothing out the top. Place filled crust onto a cookie sheet or place foil on floor of oven. Bake for about 40-50 minutes till top starts to get brown (I cook mine well, about an hour). Remove from oven, let cool for about 1/2 hour and then place in fridge to chill.

Additional Information

I made this at thanksgiving in a reg graham cracker crust, didnt tell anyone I put Splenda in it. It was a massive hit! Like I said, I just picked off the crust. Carb count is without crust approx.
