Ingredients

1 Jar Garlic Alfredo sauce
1 Spaghetti squash cooked and shredded or 1 box low carb pasta, cooked al dente
8 ozs Bleu cheese, crumbled

2 Tomatoes, seeded & diced
1 Bunch green onions, sliced
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1 lb Smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

In a casserole baking dish place a thin layer of alfredo sauce.



Add 1/2 of the cooked pasta on sauce layer.



Top pasta with 1/2 of the bleu cheese crumbles.



Sprinkle on 1/2 of the tomatoes, green onions, and garlic.



Layer on 1/2 of the crumbled bacon.



Add layer of pasta, and repeat the layer process above.



Top layers with the rest of the jar of alfredo sauce.



Bake dish in a 350 degree pre-heated oven until bubbly and golden, about 30 minutes.
