Ingredients

CAKE
1/2 stick Butter
1 egg
1/2 Cup Dr. Atkins Bake Mix
1 teaspoon vanilla
(enough sweetner to equal 1/4 cup)

TOPPING
1 8oz. package of cream cheese
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
(enough sweetner to equal 1/2 cup of sugar)

Directions

*hint if you want a rich looking "butter cake" you will need to add a drop of yellow food coloring to the cream cheese mixture. I didn't because that wasn't important to me. But if I was wanting to impress guests I would add it.

Pour/spread cream cheese mixture evenly over unbaked layer of crust. Place in 350 degrees oven and bake until crust is golden brown and the cheese topping is beginning to crack.
