Portuguese Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

1 pound pork tenderloin
1 tablespoons flour
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 c onion
1/2 c sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Directions

Season tenderloin with salt and pepper. Saute pork in butter until golden brown. Add sliced onions and

mushrooms. Saute for a minute or two. Add wine and rosemary. Cover and

cook over low heat for 45 to 60 minutes, or until done. Add lemon juice and

parsley just before serving.
