Ingredients

1 8-ounce container cottage cheese
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp Soy flour
9 egg whites
2 egg yolks
3 10-ounce packages frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
1 Tblp dried, minced onion
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp dried dill
Salt & Black pepper to taste
