Mexican Quiche

Ingredients

8 eggs
1 cup of cream
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 large can of chicken breast, shredded
1 can of Eden black soybeans
1 can of Rotel (tomatoes & chile)
6 roasted & peeled green chile peppers(frozen or canned is fine)
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded


Directions

mix eggs, cream & garlic salt. stir in chicken, black soybeans, Rotel tomatoes, green chile & cheese.



bake in a deep dish 10 inch baking casserole at 350 for about 40 to 50 minutes. Make sure center is "set" before removing from oven.
