Crustless pumpkin pie

Ingredients

1 (15-16 ounce) can pumpkin
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup Splenda
1/8 sp salt

Directions

Combine pumpkin, cream, eggs & egg whites and beat until smooth. Add spice & salt, mix well. Pour into pie pan, Bake at 325 for about 45 min, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand until cool, chill & eat.
