Trout in Bacon

Ingredients

Sauce:
1/3 c Worchestershire sauce
2 tbs. onion powder
1 tbs. lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
6 Trout
6 strips of bacon

Directions

Combine Worchestershire sauce, onion powder, lemon juice, slat and garlic powder. Brush trout inside and out with sauce mixture. Place in a buttered bakin dish. Score teh skin in 2 or 3 places. Wrap bacon around each fish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes or until fish flackes when tested with a fork. Baste the fish with the left over sauce and pan juices during baking.
