Ingredients

5 slices deli corned beef (appx .25 lb)
5 Tbsp. canned sauerkraut (well drained)
5 tsp. Dijon Mustard
2 1/2 slices Swiss Cheese (appx. 3 oz)

Directions

Spread mustard on corned beef. Spread sauerkraut and cover with half slice of swiss. Roll up and secure with toothpick.

Microwave on high for 30 seconds 4 times turning between cooking.
