Homemade Horseradish

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups peeled horseradish root, cut into small pieces.
1 Cup vinegar
1-2 packets of Splenda
3/4 tsp Salt

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender and puree. Cover and store in refridgerator.

Additional Information

This makes about 2 Cups.
