Cognac Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

4 T Butter

1/4 C Heavy cream

3 T Cognac


1 T Dijon mustard

2 T Worcestershire sauce

4 T Drippings from beef roast

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a saucepan add meat drippings and bring to simmer.



Next add butter 1 T at a time.



Add cognac, dijon, worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.



Reduce sauce until it starts to thicken.



Slowly add cream and blend well.

Additional Information

This serves 2, but is easily double, tripled etc.
