Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients

4 Eggs

1/4 C Butter

1/4 t Salt

1/2 t Coconut extract


1/2 t Baking powder

2 C Heavy cream

1 C Unsweetened coconut

1/2 C Splenda

1/2 t Vanilla extract


Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend.



Pour into buttered 10 inch pie plate.



Bake at 350 F degrees for 1 hour.

Additional Information

The crust forms better if the pie is refrigerated overnight.

This pie makes it's own crust. Has a custard in the middle and is golden brown on top. This is very, very easy!
