Ingredients

2/3 c butter crisco
2 cups crushed pork rinds
1/3 c shredded unsweetened coconut


2 Tbs cocoa powder
1/2 cup splenda

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients, melt shortening and mix into dry ingredients. Press into pan and divide into 24 squares.

This reminds me of rice krispy treats, and you could use them in place of the pork rinds, but the carb count will be almost double. You would also need to add a small amount of salt or baking soda.
