Lemon Ice Box Pie

Ingredients

PIE FILLING:

1 1/2 C Splenda, granular

1/3 C Soy flour

1/4 t Salt

1 1/2 C Cold water

3 Eggs, separated

2 T Butter

2 t Grated lemon zest

The juice of 2 lemons

TOPPING:

Heavy cream whipped and sweetened with splenda to taste.
PIE CRUST:

1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp splenda
3 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp Lemon extract
