Ingredients

2 t Butter

8 ozs Whole green chiles (canned)

1/2 lb Cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 lb Pepper jack cheese, grated

14 1/2 oz Can tomatoes

4 Eggs

3/4 C Heavy cream

Directions

Melt butter and cover inside of crockpot with melted butter.



Layer the green chiles, tomatoes and cheeses in crockpot.



Whisk eggs and cream until blended.



Pour egg/cream mixture over layered cheese/chiles.



Cover and cook on high setting 2 - 3 hours.
