Ingredients

2 lbs (2/3lb each, ground veal, ground pork, and ground beef)

2 Onions, rough chopped (large pieces)

2 lbs Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized chunks

2 14 oz Cans chicken broth


2 16 oz Jars Prepared salsa verde, check carb count

3 t Ground cumin

1 C Fresh cilantro, snipped

1 C Sour cream

Directions

Heat large dutch oven over high heat. Add meat mixture and chicken breast and onion, cook, break up large chunks of meats with a spoon. Cook until no longer pink.



Drain any fat.



Add broth, salsa and ground cumin. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.



Stir in 1/2 C cilantro.
