Ingredients

lettuce
onion
hamburger or other ground meat
cheese of choice (provolone has no carbs)
salsa 1/2 c
mayo 1/2 c
seasonings
pork rinds

Directions

Cook , season to taste and drain ground meat. Cut lettuce to prefered sized pieces...dice onion...grate cheese of choice. Mix together in another container mayo and salsa.

Combine all ingredients using pork rinds in place of tortilla shells. Makes a great taco salad
