Cheesy Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients

1 Head of cauliflower, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 Stalk celery, chopped
4 C Chicken stock

1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
1 C Heavy cream

2 C American cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped chives

Directions

Put cauliflower, onion, celery, and stock in crock pot, cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.



Puree the cauliflower mixture and return to crock.



Add cream, worcestershire and cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Stir to mix.



Turn heat to high and cook until hot and melted.
