Moldy Cheese with Black head bits

Ingredients

3 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 t Salt
1 8 oz Package cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 C Butter, room temperature

3 T Finely snipped fresh parsley
2 T Coarsely Ground black pepper

Directions

In a small bowl, make a paste with the minced garlic and the salt.



Add the cream cheese, butter, parsley and pepper and mix until smooth. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.



To serve, transfer cheese mixture into a 2 cup ovenproof bowl and heat in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes.



Serve with veggies for dipping.
